3rd Floor Clubhouse: Sections 316 & 317

Clubhouse 316 is located just past the Finish line at Churchill Downs and directly in front of the Interior Premium boxes. There are 8 rows in Clubhouse 316; the first 3 rows, A through C, are all 6 seat boxes with metal folding chairs, and these rows are located in the open air, not under cover. There is a walkway separating rows C and D in this section, and then rows D through H are where you will find some of the most exclusive seating at Churchill Downs. All of the boxes in rows D through H are spacious 8 seat boxes which have padded folding chairs, an LCD screen where you can place bets and order food and drinks, and they are all located under cover out of the elements of inclement weather. The ticket holder in this clubhouse section has access to all of the amenities of the 3rd Floor Clubhouse including cleaner restrooms, smaller lines at the betting windows and the best concessions. Rows A through C in Clubhouse 316 have 18 boxes, and rows D through H have 11 boxes giving this Clubhouse section approximately 109 boxes and 764 tickets to the Kentucky Derby and Oaks.

Clubhouse 317 is located directly at the Finish line (box 1) at Churchill Downs and directly in front of the Turf Club and Turf Terrace. In our expert opinion, this is the best place to both view the race as well as snap some photos of all the celebrities (standing behind you in the Turf Terrace). Clubhouse 317 is also where you will find many of the owners and trainers of the horses racing that day in the Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks.
