3rd Floor Clubhouse: Sections 315 & 318

Clubhouse 315 is located just past the Finish line at Churchill Downs and directly in front of the Interior Premium boxes. There are 8 rows in Clubhouse 315; the first 3 rows, A through C, are all 6 seat boxes with metal folding chairs, and these rows are located in the open air, not under cover. There is a walkway separating rows C and D in this section, and then rows D through H are where you will find some of the most exclusive seating at Churchill Downs. Within Clubhouse 315, all of the boxes in rows D through H are spacious 8 seat boxes which have padded folding chairs, an LCD screen where you can place bets and order food and drinks, and they are all located under cover out of the elements of inclement weather. The ticket holder in this clubhouse section has access to all of the amenities of the 3rd Floor Clubhouse including cleaner restrooms, smaller lines at the betting windows and the best concessions. Rows A through C in Clubhouse 315 have 16 boxes, and rows D through H have 11 boxes giving this Clubhouse section approximately 103 boxes and 728 seats.

Clubhouse 318 is located just before the Finish line at Churchill Downs. There are 11 rows in Clubhouse 318 (row K is the last row against the wall). All of the boxes in Clubhouse 318 are 6 seat boxes with metal folding padded chairs. There is a walkway between rows C and D...Rows A through C are not under-cover, while rows D through K are elevated and completely under cover keeping those Kentucky Derby ticket holders dry during wet weather and out of the sun. The ticket holder in this clubhouse section has access to all of the amenities of the 3rd Floor Clubhouse including cleaner restrooms, smaller lines at the betting windows and the best concessions. Box 5 in Clubhouse 318 is directly in front of the Kentucky Derby and Oaks Winner's Circle. You will find 21 boxes in rows A through C, and 17 boxes in rows D through K giving this Clubhouse section a total of approximately 199 boxes and 1194 tickets to the Kentucky Derby and Oaks.
