Itinerary
Thursday: You will arrive at your host hotel, the Hilton- Arlington today. You can enjoy seeing the sights in Ft. Worth and Dallas or head to Texas Motor Speedway for Sprint Cup Series qualifying and Nationwide Series practice. Qualifying tickets are optional, however, track transfers are not provided today.
Friday: We will depart by deluxe motorcoach to Texas Motor Speedway for Sprint Cup Series "happy hour", the final practice session and the exciting Nationwide Series O'Reilly 300 race.
Saturday: Our deluxe motorcoaches depart in the early afternoon for the "hassle free" trip to Texas Motor Speedway for the 2012 Samsung 500 Sprint Cup Series race. We will get you there in plenty of time for souvenir shopping and pre-race activities. After the race, enjoy the ride back to your hotel as you leave the driving to us.
Sunday: Check out of hotel at your leisure. Hotel provides transfers to DFW Airport (not DAL)

Saturday Pre-Race Pit Pass/Driver Intro Pass
This pass is valid on Sprint Cup race days only. It grants cold pit access up until 1 hour before the Sprint Cup race. It also provides access on the track in front of the Pre-Race stage during the Pre-Race concert and Sprint Cup driver introductions. There is no age restriction on this pass. This pass must be accompanied by an admission ticket to be valid. Any admission ticket (including infield wristbands) are acceptable.
**Please note that if you purchase the Pre-Race Driver Intro Pass and the Saturday VIP Speedway Club package the two events take place at the same time and it is recommended only one be purchased.

Saturday Hospitality with Pre-Race Pit Tour
Experience Pre-race hospitality prior to the Sprint Cup race Saturday in the Texas Motor Speedway Hospitality Village Chalet. Admission to the hospitality tent includes a continental breakfast, buffet lunch and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. A cash bar will be available for guests 21 years or older. Enjoy closed circuit television, a souvenir gift and a pre-race pit tour conducted by the Texas Motor Speedway Staff.
